Each Quanhui 20ft Modular Home is inspected, weather-sealed in heavy shrink wrap, and packed into an intermodal container configuration. We coordinate container vessel booking, ocean freight, customs filing, and port terminal clearance.
From the port of arrival, your home is loaded onto a standard commercial flatbed or step-deck trailer and transported directly to your parcel. Ensure access roads have at least 12 feet of vertical clearance and no impassable low-hanging trees.
A local mobile crane or heavy-duty forklift lifts the folded chassis from the flatbed trailer and sets it onto your pre-leveled foundation piers. Corner castings provide standard ISO rigging points for quick lifting.
